I don't think about she and her brother Biq looking alike but that roll after a take and where did it go look, well let's just say when Biq came here to run AKC for two months that I saw that look a few times!

We live with our borzoi in a beautiful mountain valley in Southwestern Virginia.
Howff Carbonel is a combination of our two kennel names, as we were both borzoi breeders before we got married and combined our kennels.
Vickie got her first borzoi, "Razz" from Bonnie Dalzell of Silkenswift Borzoi in 1982. Razz became Ch Lindisfarne Kiev Kislovodsk and the sire of the first litter of Carbonel Borzoi. Several litters of Carbonel borzoi were born over the next couple of decades.
Leigh got his first borzoi, Aly, in the early 1970's, choosing the kennel name Howff. Leigh and his late wife Judy bred several litters as Kalakirya Howff Borzoi in the '80s and '90's. Some of their dogs are to be found in pedigrees of top coursing and racing borzoi to this day.
